Richland EMS DOES NOT receive any direct tax subsidies from the municipalities that it serves, including the Emergency and Municipal Services (EMS) Tax.
Your paid subscription helps keep up with the ever increasing costs of buying ambulances, sophisticated life saving medical equipment and training for the dedicated personnel. For example, a new ambulance now costs more than $150,000.
